The Stable at The Forevermore Farm

During the planning phase of The Stable at Forevermore Farms, Jeff and Ren Wagner contacted Price Construction, Inc. to discuss their vision and dream of constructing an updated new venue to pair with their existing venue. This venue is located on their farm in Moore, SC. Services provided at The Stable includes venue rental, wedding ceremonies, and wedding planning.

One of the biggest challenges faced during the planning phase was to design the new venue to meet all Spartanburg county codes and regulations. Over 1200 feet of six-inch water main had to be installed in order to place a fire hydrant within the mandatory distance needed, and to feed the fire suppression system.

After all grading work took place, a 4400 square foot six-inch concrete slab was installed as the foundation.  A full white pine timber frame was then installed as the framework for this beautiful venue. Six-inch foam insulated panels were installed underneath a galvanized aluminum standing seam roof system. After the interior and exterior walls were framed, rough cut white pine board and batten siding was installed on the exterior of the structure. The interior of the barn was covered with white pine shiplap boards and trim. These distinguishing attributes set this venue aside making it one of a kind.

Price Construction, Inc. designed the Stables at Forevermore Farms to provide the best possible experience sought after by clients and to support Jeff and Ren’s vision.
